Learning about beekeeping is an ongoing process.

If just starting out, take a beginning beekeeping class. 

​

Then have an experienced beekeeper become your mentor. There is no such thing a dumb question.  If you don't know, ask.

The more hives you go into, the more you learn.  Ask to help an experienced beekeeper when they go into their bee yard.
